7. A medication listed in Schedule I may be sold only on prescription on the terms and conditions set forth in the regulations made under the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-27), in the list established in accordance with section 29.1 of that Act and in the regulations made under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (S.C. 1996, c. 19).
